This foundational workshop is great for beginning students looking for a thorough introduction to yoga. Additionally intermediate and advanced students may refresh their practice with a review of the fundamentals. This workshop teaches the traditional body positions (asanas) while promoting breath and movement awareness, structural alignment, and mental focus.
